Description: Two closely related compact Warrington-Seale crane constructions. The 6×31 adds slightly more wires per strand than 6×26 — improving flexibility at equivalent diameter to suit cranes with tighter sheave-to-rope-diameter ratios (minimum D/d). Both constructions combine compacted strand fill-factor and surface smoothness advantages with IWRC crush resistance, and are the standard specification for mobile crane boom hoisting and luffing rope applications where high breaking strength, good flexibility, and multi-layer drum performance must be balanced.
