Mining Shaft Winder Rope (6×19 S FC / IWRC) -Madencilik ?aft Winder Halat?

Description: Shaft winding ropes experience some of the harshest conditions in the wire rope industry: tens of thousands of full-load cycles per year, abrasive contact with ore and rock, high humidity and mine water, and in deep shafts enormous self-weight. The Seale arrangement places the largest outer wires at the rope surface — maximising abrasion resistance at drum and sheave contact. IWRC is mandatory for shafts deeper than ~500 m where multi-layer drum crushing under high rope tension would permanently deform a fiber-core rope. Heavy internal and surface lubrication is applied at manufacture and must be maintained throughout service. Rope inspection and discard criteria are governed by national mining regulations (SANS 10294, DIN 21258) specifying permitted broken wire counts per inspection length.
